Wealthsim provides financial simulation tools including retirement projections, income and expense modelling, and budget tracking. The Service is a calculation and simulation tool only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. No Financial Advice

All projections, calculations, and scenarios are estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplifying assumptions. Real-world outcomes will differ. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Guest Usage

You may use certain features without creating an account. Guest data is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers. We are not responsible for data loss if you clear your browser data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
